John Capobianco is neither sufficiently educated nor experienced for such a position. He never attended college and to my knowledge has never even held a responsible full-time job. He still lives with his father and siblings (several of whom have criminal records) in a run-down house that looks like a garbage dump. F'Dale police are often called to the residence for one reason or another. His dog runs loose with no ID collar and has been known to defecate in neighbors' yards because he isn't properly walked. His family and house are eyesores to the residents of the Howitt area and have brought down the value of the houses as well as scared off potential buyers. His vegetable garden is said to be beautiful and functional, but other than that, exactly what qualifications does Mr. Capobianco have to be TOBAY Supervisor?
