Police Blotter: Car Break-in and Public Lewdness

On April 19, an SUV was broken into on Division Avenue.  A Cannon camera, a credit card and some papers were swiped. The 2005 Ford Explorer had been left unlocked, police said.

On April 19, a public lewdness complaint was lodged by a woman who was driving on Bay Drive near Brewster Road. A man in his mid 20s approached her on the driver's side and exposed himself while raising his hand over his head, at about 10 p.m., police said.

On April 19, a man discovered somebody had damaged two of his vehicles on Biltmore Boulevard . The man had head noise and discovered his white 1976 Chevy Corvette and  a blue 2000 Dodge Caravan had been been damaged in the rear hatch, rear taillight and side mirrors, police said.

On April 19, a Brooklyn woman was arrested at Wal-Mart, at the Sunrise Mall and charged with Petit Larceny.

On April 19, a Lindenhurst  woman was arrested at Wal-Mart at the Sunrise Mall and charged with Petit Larceny.

On April 20, a Hempstead woman was arrested at Wal-Mart at the Sunrise Mall and charged with Petit Larceny.

On April 23, a Freeport woman was arrested at TJ Maxx, 5500 Sunrise Highway, Massapequa and charged with Petit Larceny.

On  April 25, a Massapequa was arrested at Wal-Mart at the Sunrise Mall and charged with Petit Larceny.

On  April 25, a Copiague woamn was arrested at Macy’s at the  Sunrise Mall and charged with Petit Larceny.
