Viewing services for Nassau County police officer will be held on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Selden Fire Department, 44 Woodmere Place, Selden.

A 12-year veteran of the force and member of elite Bureau of Special Operations since October 2003, Breitkopf has received five command recognitions, four meritorious police service awards and a medal of commendation. He also served as a volunteer firefighter in Selden.
