He's one of Long Island's most iconic performers and area residents are about to see a whole lot more of him.
Billy Joel has entered into an agreement that will have him perform monthly shows at Madison Square Garden. Five show dates have been announced. Four are sold out and tickets for the May 9 show won't go on sale until Wednesday morning's pre-sale.
Joel, a Town of Oyster Bay resident, will play the Garden as long as there's demand and we want to know what you think of the idea.
Do you think the monthly concerts will be popular, or will interest wane after a while? How long do you think his stint will be?
