No. 90: Trek Along The Bike Path

The Bethpage Bike Path is a paved trail that runs from Massapequa to Bethpage State Park. Starting in the Massapequa Preserve on Merrick Road and running through a good chunk of the Massapequas (with the final stretch falling along Bethpage Parkway), the vast majority of the approximately seven mile path is lined on both sides by trees, grass, lakes, and bubbling brooks...the perfect compliment to any morning or mid-day outing, be it on your Schwinn English Racer or your Nike Air running shoes.
