The annual Summertime Friday night tradition returns.

The Town of Oyster Bay's Classic Car Cruise Nights is an annual Massapequa tradition that's been attracting some of the hottest hot rods and muscle cars this side of the Indy 500 for over ten years running. Or, rather, driving.

Attracting hundreds of vehicles from all over Long Island, the car show is a fun and family-friendly way to spend a Friday evening. In addition to the cars, the Town of Oyster Bay usually provides entertainment in the form of live music, and there's always an ice cream truck parked nearby.

However, Classic Car Cruise Nights also serves yet another cause, beyond mere entertainment- the admission fee for each car is a can of food, which will in turn be donated to charitible originzation Island Harvest, who then distribute it to the needy. Those on foot get in free, however.
