Tell Us: How Should Massapequa Rebound From Sandy

The community meets to develop a plan to rebuild from the storm. What are your ideas?

On Tuesday night, Massapequans will attend a public meeting on the area's future in the aftermath of Hurricane  Sandy.

New York Rising, the sate entity charged with assisting residents affected by the storm is organizing the program at McKenna Elementary School, located at 210 Spring Street in Massapequa Park. It will start at 7 p.m.

Among the things that will be discussed will be ways to strengthen the community going forward and how to prepare for future storms.

We want to know your ideas.  How would you go about putting together a Post-Sandy plan?
