Yes, you may be thinking to yourself that it was pratically spring all thoughout the winter of 2011-12, but in reality there were indeed a few cold days mixed in with the unseasonably warm weather we experienced in the last few months. You just had to look hard to find them.
That said, the looming threat of snow is behind us (we hope), and the lovely blooms of the Massapequa have begin to sprout in anticipation of the spring season that started on March 20th.
