He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me — one time, right in the chin,” Santos told the News, “And then he started shoving me, and pushing me. He lunged at me like raging bull.”

Santos, who has worked for the paper for two years, filed a complaint at New York City's Fifth Precinct.

Baldwin has tweeted about the incident several times, saying, "A 'photographer' almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning," while using the hashtag, #allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded.

A statement by Baldwin's publicist said that Santos  "assaulted Alec with his camera. There were no punches thrown, and any subsequent physical contact was simply Alec protecting himself.’’
