Alec Baldwin is reportedly in hot water after he clashed with a photographer outside the New York City Marriage License Bureau.
The actor and Massapequa native is being investigated for allegedly punching New York Daily News photographer Marcus Santos, according to multiple reports.
Santos and another Daily News photographer were outside the Bureau when Baldwin and his fiance Hilaria Thomas went to pick up their license on Tuesday.
He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me — one time, right in the chin,” Santos told the News, “And then he started shoving me, and pushing me. He lunged at me like raging bull.”
Santos, who has worked for the paper for two years, filed a complaint at New York City's Fifth Precinct.
An NYPD spokesman says the actor is cooperating with the investigation.
Baldwin has tweeted about the incident several times, saying, "A 'photographer' almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning," while using the hashtag, #allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded.
A statement by Baldwin's publicist said that Santos "assaulted Alec with his camera. There were no punches thrown, and any subsequent physical contact was simply Alec protecting himself.’’
