Whitney Houston was found dead in a Beverly Hills hotel room on Saturday. The cause of death has not yet been released.

The 48--year-old singer had well publicized bouts with drug use, but will also be remembered for her powerful voice and extraordinary talent.

Houston received several tributes at Sunday night's Grammy awards. She was a six-time Grammy winner during her career. She also appeared in films such as "The Bodyguard and Waiting to Exhale," and gave a memorable performance of the National Anthem before Super Bowl XXV.
