Long Island Tea Party Coalition's Dinner & March Meeting

The Long Island Tea Party Dinner and March Meeting with Commentary from Special Guest and member of our Tea Party Border Patrolman Peter Lanteri - Buffet Dinner followed by their meeting in the private downstairs room

Peter Lanteri, Long Island Tea Party member, enlisted in the Marine Corps' Delayed Entry Program in his senior year of High School, and provided our country with his service as a Marine Corps Infantryman. He has been volunteering as a Minuteman on the southern border since the program started in April 2005 and has worked both the northern and southern borders. He escorted News 12 camera crews on the border and has participated in live debates on the immigration issue on News 12 as well as being interviewed for the  the documentary "Border." He is a volunteer in the Suffolk Country C.E.R.T. program and currently writes for examiner.com as an immigration examiner.   He was our guest speaker last year and we welcome him back at our March meeting to brief us on his operation on the Southern border as a volunteer Border Patrolman. He has taken time off of his job, and left his family to secure our borders for our country as he joined the first border operation of 2012, January 12th - 17th in Arizona.
