When Back to School Means After School

Many businesses in the Massapequa area cater to students who want to boost test scores, or need academic help.

For many area students, time in the classroom is not necessarily limited to time in school.

The college admissions process has become more complicated and seemingly more pressure-filled. In a flat economy, many feel every little edge helps to reach higher education goals.

That can mean trying for higher scores on standardized tests, or getting extra help in areas like reading and math.
