  • Herman's Hermits: What better way to get the words to "I'm Henry the VIII, I Am" stuck in your head for hours on end. Peter Noone and Herman's Hermits will be playing tonight as part of the Town of Oyster Bay's "Music Under the Stars" series. Showtime is 8 p.m.
  • Flip Flops: Teens can decorate their own flip flops at the on Monday afternoon. It starts at 4 p.m. on the children's room. There's a $4 fee and pre-registration is required.
  • Same Sex Marriage: On Sunday, the Town of North Hempstead performed the n Long Island history. At 9 a.m. Monday, the Oyster Bay Town clerk's office at 54 Audrey Avenue Oyster Bay,will be open to same sex couples who want to apply for a marriage license.   • Career Counseling: Monday is career counseling day at the Central Avenue Library.  You can get assistance with your job search talk one on one with counselor Cathy Rimsky from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Fire District Meeting: The will hold a board meeting Monday night at district headquarters located at 1 Brooklyn Avenue beginning at 8 p.m.
