Styx: On Friday night, will be transformed into the Paradise Theater as Dennis DeYoung performs the music of Styx as part of the "Music Under the Stars" concert series.  Showtime is 8 p.m.

Classic Cars: Week three of the Town of Oyster Bay's Classic Cars Cruise nights will shift into drive at the . It all starts at 7 p.m.

Family Festival: It's the second week of the fundraiser at School. There's rides, food and fun in the parking lot starting at 7 p.m.

Olympics: Finally, the games of the XXX Olympiad will be declared open by Queen Elizabeth II on Friday in London. We'll be introducing you to local Olympians on Friday and we'll have fun with Olympic trivia as the games go on. Also, follow our Olympic blogger Jim Medler as he gives his take on the games.

Board Games: The will make their collection of board games available or you can bring your own to the Board Game Cafe at 2 p.m.
