Mary Jo Buttafuoco Marries Again

The former Massapequa resident and victim in the Long Island Lolita shooting reportedly gets hitched in Las Vegas.

Mary Jo Buttafuoco is hoping for better luck the second time around.

The former Massapequa resident and victim in the notorious Long Island Lolita shooting, remarried in Las Vegas this past weekend according to a report in the New York Daily News.

Buttafuoco tied the knot with Queens print shop manager Stu Tendle, 53, according to the paper.

The wedded bliss seems a far cry from the May 1992 shooting. Buttafuoco answered the door to her home and was shot by teen temptress Amy Fisher. 

Fisher had been having an affair with Buttafuoco's husband Joey at the time.

Fisher served seven years in prison for the shooting, while Joey did four months for statutory rape. 

The Buttafuocos moved to California in 1996 before divorcing in 2003, according to Mary Jo's website.

She wrote a book about the experience in 2009.
