As the Massapequa area still recovers from Superstorm Sandy, we're starting to learn about what typ of financial help we're getting.
We learned this week that $1 million in state funds will be used for road repair and to prevent flooding conditions in an area of Massapequa south of Merrick Road.
The work will be done on several roads between South Bay Drive and Curlew Place.
We'd like to know what other projects might be needed to bring Massapequa back and to prevent future damage.
