Massapequa's Needs and Sandy Funding

This week we've heard the state will fund road repairs in South Massapequa. What else is needed?

As the Massapequa area still recovers from Superstorm Sandy, we're starting to learn about what typ of financial help we're getting. 

We learned this week that $1 million in state funds will be used for road repair and to prevent flooding conditions in an area of Massapequa south of Merrick Road.

The work will be done on several roads between South Bay Drive and Curlew Place.
