A Texas man pulled a gun on his sister and tried to strangle her while visiting family in Massapequa, Nassau County Police said.
Jeevan Traboulay, 27, of Killeen, Texas allegedly fought with his sister at a home on Oakley Avenue early Friday morning.
Police said he pulled a 9mm handgun on her and pressed it against her chest before trying to choke her.
The sister was able to escape and call police. Nobody was hurt.
Traboulay was charged with strangulation, menacing and weapons possession.
