State Police: Man Speeding on Southern State Arrested for DWI

Drunk man was traveling at 91mph, authorities said.

A man who was speeding on the Southern State Parkway in Massapequa was arrested for driving drunk, state police said.

Ennis Bicic, 40 of Brooklyn was allegedly driving at 91 mph on the eastbound side of the parkway Friday morning, police said.

When he was pulled over near the Broadway exit, a trooper noticed the smell of alcohol.

Bicic was given a sobriety test, and his blood alcohol content was at .12 percent which is above the legal limit of .08 percent.

He was charged with DWI and traffic violations.
