Election: There will be elections for commissioners in the the, with polls open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and the Massapequa Water District, where polls are also open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. 

Town Board: The Oyster Bay Town Board holds their final meeting of 2011 Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. at Town Hall, 54 Audrey Avenue in Oyster Bay.

Book Club: The Contemporary Book Club meets at the at 12:30 p.m. They will be discussing "Eat Pray Love," by Elizabeth Gilbert.

Concert:will hold a concert Tuesday night beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Bowling: Varsity Boys and Girls host Bethpage at 4:15 p.m. at Farmingdale Lanes.
