The Oyster Bay Town Board will hold their first meeting of 2013 Tuesday morning.
Among items on the agenda will be a hearing to consider hydrant rental in the Oyster Bay Water District. A vote is also expected.
There are 42 resolutions on the agenda, including one authorizing an increase in fees and the implementation of new fees at the Town's animal shelter.
The Board meets at located at 54 Audrey Avenue in Oyster Bay.
