10 Great Ways to Add Veggies and Fruits To Your Daily Diet

1.  Have fruit for breakfast.  Make a fruit salad, cut an apple into slices, or make a fruit smoothie in your blender.


2.  Make an egg omelet with vegetables for breakfast.

3.  Make a wrap with grilled or roasted vegetables.  Add onions, broccoli, red peppers, mushrooms or anything you have in your fridge.

4.  Add vegetables to your salad.  Lettuce, tomatoes, carrots or cucumbers are good but why not add something different like cauliflower, beets, mushrooms, or chopped asparagus.


5.  When you come home from food shopping clean and cut up vegetables so they are available to snack on.


6.  Wash grapes and leave them on the kitchen table.  It’s a handy snack.


7.  When you’re watching TV instead of eating junk food try eating sliced strawberries and blueberries.


8.  Have fruit as your dessert.


9.  Keep organic frozen fruit in your freezer for your smoothies.


10.  Make fruit kebabs.  Anything on a stick is fun to eat!
