Drug Free Massapequa Holds Halloween Walk and Fundraiser
Sunday events at Marjorie Post Park
Drug Free Massapequa will hold two major fundraising events at Marjorie Post Park on Sunday.
The organization, dedicated to combating drug use throughout Long Island, will host their annual Halloween walk from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The cost will be $3 per child, with funds going to DFM's Junior League. The organization will also be collecting food items for local pantries.
Earlier in the day, there will be the first of two yoga classes at the park with proceeds going to DFM.
The class meets at 10:45 a.m. Sunday and again on Dec. 1.
