HomeGoods to Open Two Nassau County Stores in Hempstead and Massapequa

 

 

HomeGoods, the country’s only major off-price store dedicated to home fashions, will open two new Nassau County stores in Hempstead and Massapequa. Both stores will open on Thursday, June 2nd at 8:00 am.

The Hempstead store is located at the Hempstead Village Commons on Peninsula Boulevard and South Franklin Street. The Massapequa store is located at Carmans Plaza on Carmans Road and Bernard Street. With the addition of these two stores, HomeGoods will have six locations in Nassau County. The other stores are located in Port Washington, Rockville Centre, Syosset and Merrick. In honor of these grand openings, HomeGoods will donate $5,000 to Partnership for Children, Inc. and $5,000 to Child Abuse Prevention Services, Inc.

Regular store hours for both stores are Monday through Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.; Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Grand opening day hours for both stores on June 2nd will be from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

HomeGoods will support the Hempstead and Massapequa communities by hiring store management and associates from the local area. Both stores are expected to fill approximately 60 full and part-time positions. 

HomeGoods merchandise offerings include furniture, rugs, lamps, kitchen and dining, bedding and bath, kids décor, toys, pet, storage and much more. The stores offer a liberal 30-day return policy, accept all major credit cards and offer gift cards for purchase.
