"Hellooooo!" — that's what residents in Hewlett Harbor may hear when Jerry Seinfeld moves into town, according to a report on Trifter.
The site reports a rumor that Seinfeld, a native of Massapequa, may move from his upper west side apartment to the suburbia of the Five Towns.
According to the site:
Many residents claim to have seen Seinfeld shopping at the local supermarket as well as eating at a sushi restaurant, .
Hewlett Harbor Trustee Tom Cohen said he hears many rumors of celebrities who may make the move into his village.
"We are pleased to welcome anyone who respectfully wishes to reside in our community," he told Patch.
