Massapequa Girls Varsity Volleyball Clinches Conference Title

Massapequa Varsity girls (11-0) defeated Baldwin today to clinch the top spot in the AA-1 Conference.  The varsity squad, led by seniors Katie Vedilago (34 assists) and Justine Abbate (11 kills), won the contest by a score of 3-0 (25-11, 25-16, 25-15). Freshman Jamie Smith added 12 kills.  Their final game of the season is tomorrow at Port Washington.  Playoffs begin on October 30th.
