Joyce C. Kramer, a former Massapequa resident has, died, she was 83, according to the website Legacy.com.
Kramer dies last week in New Smyra Beach, Fla., where she lived after leaving Massapequa in 1995.
She was a retired executive secretary at Pan American World Airways, working out of JFK Airport. She was survived by her husband, two step-daughters and three grandchildren.
