Terrible treatment at the pump

This business  refuses to comply with the American with Disabilities Act. My Husband has a disabling autoimmune disease.  He Is unable to walk without the use of crutches, because he has no balance. His hands are weak.  He cannot pump his own gas, because he can't let go of his crutch and doesn't have the grip to unscrew the gas cap or put it back on. He was coming home from work tonight and stopped at the ULTRA gas station on Merrick Rd in Seaford as he does 1 once a week to fill up.  The gas attendant refused to pump the gas for him.  The attendant said he had to go to the Full Service Pump and pay more money. At the same station on 2 other occasions a different attendant told him he should go to a "different station", " stop coming here". ( it breaks my heart)  How could anyone be so cruel? It is a clear case of discrimination of a disabled person.  I know some of you are thinking why doesn't he go to a different station. That station is on his way home, he gets off 135.  Well the end of story is my husband called the police. They wrote up a formal complaint and told my husband that have been to the station before many times for complaints of mistreating customers.
