Nassau County Police have arrested a Lindenhurst man in connection with several sexually explicit acts with a 13-year-old girl, beginning with a forcible touching incident Aug. 9 at the .
Rashid M. Aziz, 25, will be arraigned Sunday at First District Court in Hempstead on multiple sex charges: Disseminating indecent material to a minor; Possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child; Unlawful imprisonment; Forcible touching; and three counts of Endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say Aziz met the 13-year-old at the mall, gave her a cigarette and then forcibly restrained her arms and then kissed her as she protested.
Later that same day police allege Aziz repeatedly texted the girl, coercing her into sending sexually explicit photographs of herself by way of cell phone. Aziz then sent a sexually explicit photo of himself to her cell, police said.
The girl, who police are not identifying, reported the incident on Wednesday.
