Crime Nearby: Graveside Thefts in Farmingdale

The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Farmingdale

Suffolk County Police are investigating a series of recent graveside vase thefts at   The Nassau County Criminal Defense Attorneys report that 38 bronze vases have been stolen from St. Charles in recent months, but only nine of the thefts were officially reported to the Suffolk Police Department. Another 150 vases made of the valuable metal have also been stolen from nearby

Robert Lepolszki, of East Farmingdale, was arrested in Farmingdale on Nov. 17 and charged with narcoticdrug possession with the intent to sell.

Rajahi Brooks, of Wyandanch, was arrested in East Farmingdale on Nov. 22 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

 Bellmore

A Bellmore man was arrested on Nov. 24 after allegedly a Wantagh restaurant.

Huntington

Three people were shot Sunday in Huntington Station in what Suffolk County police said was a suspected gang dispute.  The three, Devon White, 18, Darius Howard, 16, and Philip Perez, 22, were sitting in a car near the Lincoln Farms Apartments about 3:15 p.m. when a large group of men surrounded the vehicle and two of them shot into the car. The three were treated at Huntington Hospital; White was released on Monday. The investigation is continuing.
