3 p.m. Update: Arrest in Indecent Exposure Incident At Our Lady Of Lourdes Church

Stranger exposes himself to parishioner; police investigating.

A Farmingdale man has been arrested for exposing himself to a parishoner at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, police said.

Leroy Jamison was nabbed by Suffolk County police for the Thursday afternoon incident.

He allegedly entered the chapel of the church where a 64-year-old woman was praying knelt down next to her and exposed himself.

The woman screamed and Jamison fled the chapel and took off in on a bicycle, police said.

The  parishioner was not hurt.

Somebody at the church recognized the man and told cops who he was. Suffolk County police saw him on Friday and busted him.

A call put through to the Archdiocese of Rockville Centre for comment was not returned as of press time.
