Multistar Wines and Liquors and DMG Liquors Inc. were two of seven businesses that were busted for selling alcohol to minors, police said.
Shivan Luthra and Thomas Craca were arrested and charged with prohibited sale of alcohol to someone under the age of 21 and were issued appearance tickets.
Also arrested in the Project 21 initiative were:
- Dinesh Agawal of KC Wines & Liquors in Bellmore
- Oshay Tullcoh of Hess Market Inc. in Merrick
- Yili Xu of Gian Wine & Liquor in Merrick
- Sujung Lee of Cherrywood Wines Inc. in Wantagh
- Fred Kern of Wine Depot of NY Inc. in Seaford
- Shivran Luthra of Multistar Wines & Liquors in Massapequa
- Thomas Craca of DMG Liquors Inc. in Massapequa
