Massapequa Woman Arrested in Farmingdale High School Burglary

Two suspects busted in incident earlier this month.

A Massapequa woman was arrested in a burglary at Farmingdale High School earlier this month, Nassau County police said.

Stephanie McGuire, 21, surrendered to police Sunday, nine days after her alleged accomplice Stephanie Bristol, of Farmingdale was arrested.

The pair allegedly entered the school through an open door on Oct. 8 and took a Kindle tablet and digital electronic scales from several classrooms. They sold the items to a local pawn shop later that day, police said.

Bristol also broke into the school on Sept. 25 and took five calculators , which were also recovered at the same pawn shop, police said.

Bristol was arrested at her home on Oct. 11,and charged with burglary and five counts of criminal possession of stolen property.

McGure was also charged with burglary and one count of criminal possession of stolen property.
