A North Massapequa man has been charged with selling alcohol to minors in two separate incidents this month, police said.

On March 1 he allegedly sold alcohol to a 17  year-old girl  at the Mini Mart on 903c Broadway without asking for identification.

i've complained about that area time and time again. Its not part of the preserve so not much gets done there. Its nobodys land except for the teenage drugs and alcohol. Its kind of scary if you walk behind there, they made their own fort type area.

Close the place and send him back to his country of origin. Anyone not born here can be removed, if they choose not to follow our laws. If convicted ICE should be notified.
