A bomb scare on Park Boulevard closed the busy street for several hours on Saturday night, police said.
The Nassau police arson and bomb squad was called to the scene after a backpack was left outside Tim's Florist at 1036 Park Boulevard.
After securing the area it was revealed that the backpack was not dangerous and contained personal effects belonging to its owner, according to police.
