I don't think anyone of them can be considered credible at this time

Unless this man is incredibly dumb, I can't believe those emails are real. How could someone who is planning to disappear without a trace put in writing "I have to get money for the trip". And he stays in his own timeshare? What car did he take? No one realized it was missing? If it was a rental, was he dumb enough to charge it to his credit card? All in all, it doesn't add up. There are definitely pieces missing to this puzzle.
