What's the best way to prevent a repeat of the incident that killed ATF agent John Capano?

In the aftermath of the robbery in a Seaford pharmacy that left ATF agent John Capano dead, there have been many questions about whether the tragedy could have been prevented.

On Wednesday, Sen. Charles Schumer came to Massapequa Park and made several proposals to protect pharmacies.

Among the ideas he floated were installing bullet proof glass and time sensive safes in pharmacies.

He also urged the Drug Enforcement Agency to share information with local law enforcement agencies and called for tougher sentences for those convicted of pharmacy robberies.
