Budget issues will be at the top of the agenda when the Massapequa Park Village Board meets at 8 p.m. Monday Night.
The Board will look to set a public hearing in March on whether to adopt a tax levy in excess of the state tax cap for 2013. They will also vote on a proposal to hold a hearing on the budget in April
The board will also consider setting a hearing in March on the use of Community Development funds.
Monday's meeting will be held at Village hall, located at 151 Front Street in Massapequa Park.
