Bio: Sen. Fuschillo was first elected to the state Senate in 1988. He chairs the Senate Transportation committees and sponsored several anti-drunk driving laws including Leandra's Law.
He also authored New York State's telemarketer Do Not Call Registry law and helped create the Bioscience Center at Farmingdale State College.
Fuschollo also serves on the Senate Committees on Civil Service and Pensions; Codes; Commerce, Economic Development, and Small Business; Consumer Protection; Energy & Telecommunications; Finance; Health; Judiciary; and Rules.
