Bio: Sen. Fuschillo was first elected to the state Senate in 1988. He chairs the Senate Transportation committees and sponsored several anti-drunk driving laws including Leandra's Law.

He also authored New York State's telemarketer Do Not Call Registry law and helped create the Bioscience Center at Farmingdale State College.
