Labriola Ushers In New AMVETS Officers

Labriola helps install new AMVETS officers, summer concert series kicks off, and more reminders from Town of Oyster Bay.

helped install newly elected officers of the at their Annual Installation Dinner. Held at the Seaford Knights of Columbus Memorare Club, Labriola helped give Outgoing Commander Richard Maenza a good send off, while welcoming new Commander Pat Pratola.

AMVETS assists veterans and their families through programs around the country, including compensation claims help and lobbying for public policy that benefits veterans.

Homeowners Clean-Up

When: June 9, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
Residents, not businesses, may bring unwanted, non-hazardous trash to the Solid Waste Disposal Complex in Old Bethpage. Residents may dispose of tree limbs, fence posts, used tires, large metal items, clean fill, clean broken concrete, boats, boat trailers, passenger cars, vans, and pickup trucks. Remember to bring proof of your residency within the town and proof of ownership of any vehicle you wish to dispose.

Town Hall meetings and reminders:

  • The Town Clerk's office will be open until 7:30 p.m. Tuesday ( only)
  • TOBAY Town Board meets at 10 a.m. Tuesday
