DA claims he ran limo company while on disability.

A Massapequa man has been accused of bilking the government out of more than $100,000 in fraudulent disability claims.

Anthony DiBenedetto, 49, put in a workers' compensation claim in 2002 saying he hurt his neck while delivering milk for Beyer Farms, according to Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice.
