Video: Emergency Preparedness Presentation

The Town of Oyster Bay holds public event to promote safety in the face of environmental diasters.

In light of recent hurricane threats, Town of Oyster Bay Supervisor John Venditto hosted a Emergency Preparedness Presentation at the Morrelly Applied Science Foundation for Homeland Security in Bethpage, where vital diaster survival information was given to those in attendance.

Among speakers at the event were Leonard B. Symons, Town of Oyster Bay Department of Public Safety's deputy commissioner, and Carlos Varon, Director of Emergency Services of the American Red Cross of Nassau County.
