It's a way to honor those who serve in our military and our veterans.
For the second consecutive year, the area in front of Massapequa High School's two campuses and Berner Middle School was a sea of red, white and blue as more than 400 flags were erected as part of the Field of Honor program.
Theproject is being sponsored by the Massapequa Kiwanis Club, the High School Key club and the Middle school builders club.
