Massapequa School District Cancels After School Activities
Early Dismissal at both High School Campuses.
The Massapequa School District has announced the cancellation of all afternoon and evening activities Tuesday.
To make bus transportation smooth, the district also announced that the Ames Campus of Massapequa High School will dismiss at 1:35 p.m., while the main campus of the high school will have a 1:45 p.m. dismissal.
As of 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, Berner Middle School and all elementary Schools will have regular dismissal.
Parents of students attending YMCA after school child care will be contacted individually, the district said.
