Share Your Questions About Write-In Election

The Massapequa school district will hold an unusual election this month. What are your questions and concerns?

It's an election unlike any we've seen in Massapequa's recent history.

On May 21, voters in the Massapequa School District will vote for one school board member. But there will be no official candidates.

All of the votes cast will be write-in ballots because the deadline for filing nominating petitions passed without anyone filing in time.

Incumbent Tim Taylor, who missed the deadline by five minutes and former school board president Christine Lupetin Perrino have announced they would like to be considered.

Because of the unusual nature of the election we'd like to ask you to help Patch help you. What questions and concerns do you have about this election.  Let us know in the comment section below and we'll try to get answers for you.
