Two members of the Massapequa Committee for Educational and Fiscal Responsibility have announced their intention to run in the school board election. Should there be change?
It appears there are going to be contested races in this year's school board elections.
The Massapequa Committee for Educational and Fiscal Responsibility said at their meeting this week they are supporting Joseph Marsh and Dianne Sheffield, who are planning to run for the seats held by Board president Maryanne Fisher and Secretary Thomas Caltabiano.
While no candidate has officially filed, and other possible candidates could emerge, we'd like to know what your thoughts are on the current board. Would you like to see it remain intact, or would you like to see change?
