In addition, players from both teams will participate in a youth soccer clinic and a player barbecue before the game beginning at 4 p.m.

It's the second year in a row the two teams have participated in the Supervisor's Challenge. Oyster Bay Town Supervisor John Venditto is expected to be on hand to award a trophy to the winning side.

The trophy will be engraved with the name of the winning team and it will be displayed in Town Hall.

"It's no secret in the local sports community that the Town's fields are among the finest in the nation," Supervisor Venditto said. "The fact that Hofstra and St. John's are playing on them is testament to that fact."

Last year, St. John's  finished 9-3-9 and won the Big East title before losing to Boston College in the NCAA Tournament.  Hofstra finished up with an 8-7-2 record.
