Michael Shortell, his wife Stacey and their two teenage children, Connor and Carol, live in Massapequa, New York. In 1991, Michael was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. In 2007 and 2008 he suffered multiple seizures, which caused irreversible physical and neurological damage. Michael now lives in a nursing home at the age of 46. This situation has been a tremendous strain on his family emotionally and financially. The family is struggling to keep up with the cost of the nursing home and burdened by the possibility of losing the home they have built together for over 15 years. Please join us in this event to benefit the Shortell Family and help to ease their way through this difficult time.
