The future football stars kicked off the Plainedge Bobcats football season last week.
The Bobccat football league serves kids 5 to 13 and there's also a cheerleading league for girls 5 to 13.
They serve Plainedge, North Massapequa , Seaford, Farmingdale and Bethpage.
Several local officials including Oyster Bay Town Supervisor John Venditto were on hand for the opener.
