Smokin' Al's is serious about barbecue. 'Barbecue the way it oughta be' means slow, smoked and southern. The most popular dishes are pulled pork, brisket and ribs, but everything is tasty. The room has a lofty feeling with high ceilings and an open barbecue 'pit'. The decor is whimsical but tasteful—the brick walls are colorfully adorned with partying pigs enjoying their last supper.
