The Oyster Bay Town Clerk's offices are located in both Town Hall South (977 Hicksville Lane) and Town Hall NorthMore (Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay). 

Steven L Labriola has been in this position since 2003. He was raised in Massapequa Park and educated in the local public school system. Mr. Labriola is in the Massapequa High School's Hall of Fame.

The town clerk is responsible for maintaining town records, handling permits, licenses and birth, marriage and death certificates. At the town clerk's office citizens can apply for passports.

The Massapequa beaches that are maintained by this division include Tobay Beach (516-679-3900) and Philip B. Healey Beach at Florence Avenue (516-797-7994). 

The Town of Oyster Bay Beach Division  also maintains and supervises  six other beaches. These include Beekman Beach in Oyster Bay, Centre Island Beaches in Bayville, Charles E. Ransom Beach in Bayville, Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park/Beach in Oyster Bay, Stehli Beach in Bayville/Lattingtown and Harry Tappen Beach in  Glenwood Landing. John J. Burns Town Park

John J. Burns Town Park is a multi-use park located in Massapequa. It has numerous multi-use fields that are used forMore football, soccer and lacrosse. There are also baseball diamonds in a variety of sizes. Many of the fields have lights for night games and events. The park also has a paved walking and running path. 

Toward the back of the park is a boat launch, which is available for use all year long.

The youngest residents were not forgotten when designing the park. It also has a great playground.

There is a "tournament-grade" Little League baseball field, as well as a playground, basketball courts, horseshoe pit, shuffleboard court and even a bocci court! Trails that begin at Brady Park and circle the lake can be used for hiking, running, walking and even the occasional 5K race. The picnic area overlooks the lake of the Massapequa State Park Preserve and has a covered barbecue area with numerous grills available for community events and group picnics, which makes the park a popular spot for family gatherings and other large parties.

Town of Oyster Bay - Recreation Division

The Oyster Bay Town Division of Recreation is part of the Parks Department, which holds offices in what is known asMore Town Hall South. The numerous responsibilities of this division include managing applications for recreational spaces and activities, such as fields, meeting rooms and picnic permits for groups of more than 50 people.

The Recreation Division also runs many activities throughout the year, including youth baseball and softball, tennis, ice hockey, general fitness and self-defense programs.
