The Oyster Bay Town Clerk's offices are located in both Town Hall South (977 Hicksville Lane) and Town Hall NorthMore (Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay). 

Steven L Labriola has been in this position since 2003. He was raised in Massapequa Park and educated in the local public school system. Mr. Labriola is in the Massapequa High School's Hall of Fame.

The town clerk is responsible for maintaining town records, handling permits, licenses and birth, marriage and death certificates. At the town clerk's office citizens can apply for passports.

 

 

 

Town of Oyster Bay - Recreation Division

The Oyster Bay Town Division of Recreation is part of the Parks Department, which holds offices in what is known asMore Town Hall South. The numerous responsibilities of this division include managing applications for recreational spaces and activities, such as fields, meeting rooms and picnic permits for groups of more than 50 people.

The Recreation Division also runs many activities throughout the year, including youth baseball and softball, tennis, ice hockey, general fitness and self-defense programs. The division even runs a Town of Oyster Bay Bluefish Tournament! Call the Recreation Division during business hours to find out more about the programs and services offered.

The Town of Oyster Bay Field of Dreams Park

The Town of Oyster Bay Field of Dreams Park was completed in 2005. It is a superb 10-acre facility containing twoMore full-sized multi-use athletic fields and a half-sized practice field. These fields are excellent for soccer, football and even lacrosse. There is also a basketball court and two playgrounds. Because this park was completed within the past decade, it is equipped with all the modern amenities, such as lighting for evening events.  

The fields are maintained by the newest in irrigation and drainage systems and the turf itself is strengthened by plastic mesh fiber. Even the scoreboard is controlled through wireless technology. Thought was put into every aspect of Field of Dreams—from the entrances to the gates to the lighting and even the drinking fountains. There is room in the parking lot for over 125 cars.
